The Zombies are an English rock band formed in 1961 in St Albans, Hertfordshire, England. They gained prominence with a series of singles and two albums, "Begin Here" and "Odessey And Oracle," the latter of which is regarded as a psych-pop classic. The band split in December 1967 but reunited in 2004 due to renewed interest in "Odessey And Oracle." In 2019, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band's line-up has evolved over the years, initially featuring Rod Argent on keyboards and vocals, Paul Atkinson on guitars, Paul Arnold on bass, Colin Blunstone on lead vocals, and Hugh Grundy on drums. Another line-up included Rod Argent, Paul Atkinson, Chris White on bass and vocals, Colin Blunstone, and Hugh Grundy. The current line-up consists of Colin Blunstone as lead vocalist, Rod Argent on keyboards and vocals, Tom Toomey on guitars and vocals, Søren Koch on bass and vocals, and Steve Rodford on drums.
