Mathijs Schippers, known by his stage name Theiz, was born in the Netherlands and currently resides in Belgium. With 14 years of experience in the music industry, he has released tracks on labels such as Eevolute and Techno-Tourist. Although his activity has decreased since 2005, there is potential for future releases. Theiz creates a diverse range of electronic music, spanning genres from techno to trip-hop, ambient to electro. His work is influenced by notable artists including Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, FSOL, Plastikman, Derrick May, and Phillip Glass.
