Thriftworks, the stage name of Jake Atlas, is an electronic music producer currently based in Berkeley, California. He began producing music at the age of sixteen and has since developed a distinctive and dynamic sound characterized by an eclectic mix of erratic samples and deep bass. Thriftworks skillfully blurs the lines between Hip-Hop and psychedelic influences, creating unexpected works that feature both melodic, calmer tones and hard-hitting, lively rhythms.
