Tidal Waves was a 1960s garage rock group hailing from Roseville, Michigan. The band achieved success in the US with their hit single "Farmer John" in 1966. They later changed their name and consisted of members Mark Karpinski, Tom Wearing, Bob Slap, Bill Long, and Jon Wearing.
