Tim Harper is a sound engineer and bassist from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, known for his work under the name Dub Assassin. He released his album "Tekkno Boy" in 1999 on Freakadelic Records, where he is a part-owner. In addition to his music career, he is also a part owner of Starpoint Brewing.
