Tim Olive is a Canadian artist originally from Moose Jaw, now residing in Kobe, Japan. He utilizes magnetic pickups and simple analog technology to explore and amplify the inner voices of metal objects. Olive has collaborated with notable artists such as Anne-F Jacques, Jason Kahn, Takahiro Kawaguchi, Katsura Mouri, Takuji Naka, Kayu Nakada, Jin Sangtae, Martin Tetreault, and Yan Jun, among others.
