Timmy Regisford is a Trinidad-born DJ and producer. He began his career in 1985 as an assistant music director at WBLS radio station in New York City, where he was later promoted to director. In 1988, he took on the role of A&R director at Atlantic Records. He then served as vice president of A&R at Motown Records and later at Dreamworks Records.
