Tito Alberti, born Juan Alberto Ficicchia on January 12, 1923, in Zárate, Buenos Aires, was an Argentine composer and drummer. He was known for his contributions to jazz and Caribbean music and is the author of the famous children's song "El Elefante Trompita." Alberti was also the father of the drummer from the renowned band Soda Stereo. He passed away in Buenos Aires on March 25, 2009.
