Tommy Musto is a New York-based DJ, producer, and label owner with a career spanning several decades. He began DJing in 1977 and started producing dance music in 1983. Musto was a mixshow DJ on WKTU 92.3, collaborating with notable figures such as The Latin Rascals, Aldo Marin, and Jellybean Benitez. As a producer since the late 1980s, he worked with labels like Fourth Floor, Underworld, Nu Groove, and Midnight Sun Records, forming a partnership with Silvio Tancredi to create Northcott Productions. He co-produced many early rave tracks alongside Frankie Bones and has remixed for major artists including Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan, Jon Secada, and Celine Dion since the early 1990s. In 1993, Musto co-founded Sub-Urban Records with Victor Simonelli and played a key role in helping Johnny D establish Henry Street Music in 1994. In 2003, he founded Zero Hour Music, Inc.
