Tony Camillo was a notable soul, funk, disco, and rock producer, arranger, orchestrator, and composer from New Jersey, USA. Born on August 11, 1928, he gained recognition for his contributions to the music industry during the 1970s and 1980s, particularly in Detroit with Motown. He was also associated with the Holland-Dozier-Holland production team at their Invictus and Hot Wax labels before co-founding Venture Records. Throughout his career, he worked on recordings for various artists, including Martha Reeves, among others. Camillo passed away on August 29, 2018.
