Town of Saints is a folk and Americana duo hailing from Groningen, the Netherlands. The band consists of Harmen Ridderbos and Heta Salkolahti, who first met while busking in the mountains of Austria in the summer of 2010. Over the years, they have explored a variety of musical styles and undergone many transformations. Their latest album, "Celebrate," reflects on human behavior in the face of an imminent apocalypse, focusing not on the end itself but on the chaotic times leading up to it. After eight years of musical evolution, Town of Saints seems to have come full circle in their artistic journey.
