The Treacherous Three is a pioneering old school hip-hop group from Harlem, formed in 1978. The group consists of Kool Moe Dee, LA Sunshine, Special K, and DJ Easy Lee. They gained recognition with their first single, "The New Rap Language," which showcased a complex fast rap style and set a new standard in rhyming. Throughout their career, the group released several singles on Enjoy and later Sugarhill Records before disbanding. In 1993, they reunited for a one-off album titled "Old School Flava."
