Turning Point was an influential straight edge hardcore band from New Jersey, USA, active from 1988 to 1991. Known for their emotional and introspective lyrics, they distinguished themselves from many New York hardcore bands of their era. The band played a handful of reunion shows from the mid-1990s into the mid-2010s. Vocalist Frank "Skip" Candelori passed away on June 19, 2002.
