Uochi Toki is a hip-hop group from Alessandria, Italy, consisting of members Matteo "Napo" Palma, Riccardo "Rico" Gamondi, and “Fele”. Formed in 2002, the group emerged when Rico and Napo, who were previously part of the rap duo Laze Biose, teamed up with Fele. They released their debut album "Vocapatch" in 2003, featuring 31 untitled tracks primarily composed of minimal noise. Their next self-titled album included an impressive 81 tracks, mainly consisting of spoken word and minimal electronic pieces. In 2006, Uochi Toki released their first true hip-hop album, "Laze Biose," which blended noise music with rap. The following year, they released "La Chiave Del 20," a concept album centered around a night in a club, which received positive reviews from major Italian music magazines. In 2009, they further developed the sound established in "Laze Biose" with their fifth album, "Libro Audio."
