Ural 13 Diktators is a duo based in Helsinki, Finland, formed in 1997. Their music style is a crossover of 80s influences, including hi-NRG, disco, electro, and synth-pop, combined with 90s sounds of techno and house, as well as elements from video game music. After the release of their second full-length album, "Techno Is Dead," in 2002, they left the music scene. The duo made a return in October 2011 and December 2013, performing as a live act for a special event.
