Urban Hype was an early nineties house and rave duo formed by Bob Dibden (Robert John Dibden) and Mark Lewis (Mark Louis Chitty). They achieved a string of underground successes before reaching the Top 10 with their hit "A Trip To Trumpton" in the summer of 1992. Although they did not appear in the Top 40 again, this track has since become a rave classic and is considered a prime example of the 'Toytown Techno' sub-genre. During their performances, they were accompanied by dancers Steve and Kelly, as well as MC Bounce.
