Usnija Redžepova (Macedonian: Уснија Реџепова) was a Macedonian singer of Romani and Turkish origin, born in Skopje on 4 February 1946. She spent much of her life in Belgrade, where she performed in the National Theatre for 25 years. Redžepova received a national award from the Serbian government on 29 December 2011. She passed away on 1 October 2015 in Belgrade after a lengthy battle with lung cancer.
