Ustad Noor Bakhsh is a talented musician from Pakistan, renowned for his mastery of the balochi benju, a unique instrument resembling a zither with old typewriter keys. This instrument is believed to have originated from the once-popular Japanese plastic toy, the taishōgoto, which was common in Balochistan. Noor began his musical journey at the age of 12 and has developed a diverse repertoire that reflects influences from the Arab Peninsula, Iran, Pakistan, and India. Over the years, he has performed at countless weddings and events and has spent thirty years as the accompanist for the popular Balochi singer, Sabzal Sami.
