UTFO, which stands for UnTouchable Force Organization, is a hip-hop act from Brooklyn, New York City. They gained prominence in 1984 with the release of their hit song "Roxanne, Roxanne," which led to the "Roxanne Wars," resulting in over 30 answer songs from more than a dozen artists and groups.
