Vektroid is the creative alias of Ramona Andra Langley, a 33-year-old independent music producer, engineer, composer, and graphic designer born on August 19, 1992, in Washington State. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, she has produced over 40 full-length albums under various aliases since 2005 and has been actively releasing music online since the age of 14. Her discography includes four cassettes, one CD, and multiple vinyl records. As a recognized figure in the electronic music underground, Vektroid's work has been licensed by Tony Hawk's 900 Films production company and featured on platforms such as VICE.com's THUMP, Anthony Fantano's The Needle Drop, Dummy Mag, The Chicago Reader, Ad Hoc, and TinyMixTapes. Her projects have garnered over 500,000 plays on Last.fm from more than 15,000 unique listeners since 2010.
