Veruca Salt is an American alternative rock band that was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1993. The band consists of members Louise Post, who provides vocals and plays guitar, and Nina Gordon, who also contributes vocals and guitar. The lineup is completed by Jim Shapiro on drums and Steve Lack on bass.
