Vox Vulgaris is a Swedish medieval (folk) music group known for their exclusive use of live instruments. The band aims to present medieval music in a contemporary style while remaining true to its roots. They do not incorporate modern instruments, instead focusing on improvisation and the creation of new medieval music. Vox Vulgaris has released one independent album, titled "The Shape of Medieval Music to Come," and in 2020, they began releasing remastered live recordings.
