Wayne Snow is a Nigerian-born future soul artist, singer, songwriter, and performer currently based in Berlin. Known for his warm presence both personally and creatively, Wayne draws early inspiration from legends like Fela Kuti and King Sunny Ade, merging the sun-kissed, soulful vibes of his homeland with contemporary sounds to captivate a global audience. Wayne's musical journey began at a young age when his mother gifted him a synthesizer, leading to his first breakthrough with the "Red Runner" EP released on Tartelet Records in 2014. Collaborating with acclaimed producer Max Graef, they created notable tracks such as “Under the Moon” and “Red Runner,” which established Wayne in the emerging future soul and jazz scene. This partnership also produced the “Rosie” EP and a standout feature on Max’s album “Running.” His debut LP, “Freedom TV,” received widespread acclaim from music press outlets including Clash, Mojo, The Fader, VICE, Boiler Room, and Vinyl Factory, and he was championed by influential tastemakers like Gilles Peterson. In addition to his solo work, Wayne is part of the “Nightbirds” project alongside FKJ and Darius, with whom he co-wrote tracks like “Helios” and “Lost In A Moment” for Roche Musique.
