Wayne St. John is a Canadian musician known for his talents as a percussionist, flutist, guitarist, vocalist, singer, songwriter, and producer. Born in Toronto, he spent his early years in Bermuda until the age of 9, and then moved to Yonkers, New York during his adolescence. In the late 1960s, after receiving a draft notice from the U.S., he returned to Toronto. Wayne was inducted into the Canadian Black Music Hall of Fame in 1982.
