**Bio: WC and the MAAD CIRCLE** WC and the MAAD Circle, also known as the Minority Alliance of Anti-Discrimination, originated from South Central Los Angeles, California. The group was formed after the split of another collective and includes brothers WC and members from Compton. They are associated with Coolio's younger brother and OG Los Angeles rapper, Mad. The group was executive produced by a childhood friend of the members and features legendary hip hop producer and DJ, along with Lench Mob DJ, as the main producers. Toones contributed co-production and cuts, while WC and Ice Cube selected samples for their debut album. The album includes guest appearances from members of the Lench Mob, Compton's Most Wanted, and a fictional character named "Granny," who appears in skits throughout both albums and the 1996 mixtape "That Nigga's Crazy: Presents MAAD Circle Underground." On their sophomore release, "Curb Servin," the production responsibilities were primarily taken over by another member of the group. Film director F. Gary Gray, known for "Straight Outta Compton," appears in the music video for "Dress Code." Their music video "Ain't A Damn Thing Changed" features guest appearances from various artists. The group was honored by Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar on his debut album "Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City."
