Wendy & Lisa are childhood friends from musical families who became members of Prince's band, appearing in the films "Purple Rain" and "Under the Cherry Moon." After Prince disbanded the group, they formed the duo Wendy & Lisa in 1987. They established a successful career by writing and recording music for various film and TV productions, including NBC's "Heroes" and Showtime’s "Nurse Jackie." In a 2009 interview with 'Out' magazine, they revealed that they were in a personal relationship from 1981 until 2002.
