West, Bruce & Laing was an American blues rock supergroup formed in 1972, featuring Leslie West on guitar and vocals, Corky Laing from Canada on drums and vocals, and Scottish musician Jack Bruce on bass and vocals. The trio released three albums between 1972 and 1973 during a break in Bruce's career, which was influenced by his struggles with drug abuse. There is a myth that Bruce went deaf, which was started by West in 1972.
