Weval is a Dutch electronic music duo formed by friends Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers. They met in 2010 while working in the film industry, discovering a shared passion for music production. Merijn brings influences from trip-hop and rock, while Harm draws inspiration from jazz and house music. Their diverse backgrounds allow them to create a unique blend of genres in their collaborative work.
