**Wild Bunch Bio** Wild Bunch was an influential hip-hop and reggae sound system based in Bristol, England. The group played a significant role in the music scene, with key members later forming Massive Attack and joining Soul II Soul. The original lineup included Miles Johnson (DJ Milo), Nellee Hooper, and Grant Marshall (Daddy G). They were later joined by rappers Claude Williams (Willie Wee) and Robert Del Naja (3D), along with the younger Andrew Vowles (Mushroom) in a peripheral role. Robert Del Naja left during a tour of Japan, which was organized by Face magazine and Neneh Cherry, but he subsequently formed Massive Attack with Daddy G and Mushroom. Miles Johnson and Nellee Hooper signed a deal with Island Records as The Wild Bunch, leading to their only commercial releases. Nellee Hooper later joined Jazzie B's Soul II Soul and went on to produce for artists such as Sinead O'Connor, Bjork, and Madonna. Miles Johnson collaborated with Japan's Major Force label before relocating to New York. Claude Williams contributed to Massive Attack's debut album, co-writing the track "Five Man Army," and later became a member of The Baby Namboos.
