Winston Edwards is a reggae producer born on August 10, 1953, in Buff Bay, Jamaica. He is a cousin of an unnamed individual and opened his first record shop, the Miami Record Shack, in the late sixties. In 1974, he moved to England, where he launched a record label that ceased operations in 1977. Edwards is also the owner of an unspecified entity. He left the music business in the early 1980s to pursue a legal profession but later returned to the industry. Currently, he operates a successful reggae reissue business specializing in vinyl LPs from Brixton, London.
