Witchdoctor, whose real name is Erin Johnson, is an American rapper hailing from Church Street on Atlanta's Westside. Also known as EJ the Witchdoctor, he is a member of Atlanta's collective that includes various artists. Witchdoctor owns and operates his own independent record label, Dezonly1 Records, and has released six solo albums along with a book of poetry titled "The Diary of The American Witchdoctor." In 2007, he signed a deal with an independent record label from Cartoon Network and released "The Diary Of An American Witchdoctor," an album that features selections from his independent albums, including "Suicide Bomber" featuring Ill Nation, as well as new material.
