Real Name was a South African five-girl pop group active in the early 1980s. The group consisted of Julia Jade Aston, Justine Hertz, Chevvy Ryan, Lee Sharri, and Theo Andalis, who was later replaced by Cindy Swartzman. Produced by Attie van Wyk, the members were primarily dancers, with Julia Jade Aston and Lee Sharri being the capable singers of the group. They enjoyed popularity for about a year and even performed at the legendary Concert in the Park.
