:wumpscut: is a German Dark Electro-Industrial project formed in May 1991 by Rudy Ratzinger. Initially active until 2017, the project was put to rest before returning in late 2020 with the announcement of a new album set for release in 2021. Rudy Ratzinger began writing music after DJing in several south German clubs, where he was inspired by his experiences. :wumpscut: is a studio-only project, and despite past rumors of live performances, these have always been hoaxes.
