Xscape is an American R&B/Soul vocal group hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. The group was formed in 1992 as a five-member ensemble consisting of Kandi Burruss, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, LaTocha Scott, Tamika Scott, and Tamera Coggins-Wynn. In 1993, Tamera Coggins-Wynn departed, and Xscape continued as a quartet. They were discovered by Jermaine Dupri, who signed them to his So So Def label. The current members of Xscape are Kandi Burruss, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, LaTocha Scott, and Tamika Scott, with Keisha Miles being a past member.
