Horis Perideraio was a New Wave/Synth Pop band formed in 1982 by Nikos Aggelis (vocals, synth, rhythm box), Pantelis Petronikolos (guitar, bass), and Kostas Kollias (bass synth, rhythm box) while they were attending law school in Athens, Greece. The band was active until 1986, during which they played numerous shows and released their sole album, "Horos gia Mousiki," in 1985. They disbanded by mid-1986. In 2014, the band reunited with Lia Michailidou replacing Kollias. Tragically, founder Nikos Aggelis passed away in June 2018, marking the end of the band. Before his passing, they completed a new record titled "Anixi Mou," which was released in 2021.
