Yehudit Ravitz, born on December 29, 1956, in Be'er Sheva, Israel, is a renowned rock and pop singer-songwriter, composer, arranger, and music producer. With a career spanning over 40 years, she is considered one of the most successful Israeli rock musicians. In 1977, she performed the song "Forgiveness," featuring lyrics by an Israeli poet, at the pre-Eurovision contest, where she finished in 6th place. Despite this, the song became Israel's "Song of The Year." Throughout her career, Ravitz has released more than a dozen solo albums, many of which have achieved gold or platinum status in Israel.
