Yell-O-Yell was a Post-Punk/Darkwave band formed in 1982 in Athens, Greece, by Fill Scars (vocals, guitar), Haris Kirkilis (bass), and Vagelis Kazilieris (drums). They were the first group to get signed by a record label and made numerous appearances alongside various other bands. Notable performances included a live show on December 2, 1983, at the 'Σοφίτα' club in Athens, and another on November 20, 1983, at the same venue. They also performed on February 4, 1984, at Cine Louiza in Vyronas, Athens, with acts such as 'Teenage Dolls' and others. On March 23, 1984, they played at Σχολικό Συγκρότημα Γκράβας in Athens, sharing the stage with bands like 'Στρυχνίνες' and 'Ghetto'. Later, Spyros Faros and Andreas Ferianakis joined as the rhythm section, with Ferianakis eventually being replaced by Dionysis Stefanopoulos. Their last live appearance took place on April 20, 1991, at An Club in Athens. Tragically, Fill Scars passed away in 1993, leading to the disbandment of Yell-O-Yell.
