Yellowcard is an alternative punk/rock band hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 1997. Known for their unique incorporation of a violin into the genre, they have been active in several periods: from 1997 to 2008, again from 2010 to 2017, and most recently from 2022 to the present. The band originally featured Ben Dobson as lead vocalist from 1997 to 1999, Todd Clary on rhythm guitar from 1997 to 2000, and Warren Cooke on bass guitar and backing vocals from 1997 to 2002. Ben Harper served as lead guitarist from 1997 to 2005, while Longineu W. Parsons III played drums and percussion from 1997 to 2008 and then again from 2010 to 2014. Other former members include Peter Mosely on bass guitar, piano, and backing vocals from 2002 to 2003 and 2004 to 2007, Alex Lewis on bass guitar and backing vocals from 2003 to 2004, and Sean O'Donnell on bass guitar and backing vocals from 2010 to 2012.
