Yoshi Wada was a Japanese sound installation artist and musician, born on November 11, 1943, in Kyoto, Japan. He studied sculpture at Kyoto City University of Fine Arts before moving to New York City in 1967. In 1968, he became a member of the Fluxus group and studied music with various instructors, including James McIntosh. Wada passed away on May 18, 2021.
