Youth Of Today is an American hardcore punk band that originated in Danbury, Connecticut, in 1985. The band disbanded in 1990 but has reunited several times since, in 1994, 1999, 2003, and 2010. They played a significant role in establishing the "Youth Crew" subculture of hardcore, promoting straight edge and vegetarian lifestyles. The current lineup includes Ray Cappo on vocals, John Porcelly on guitar, Sammy Siegler on drums, and Walter Schreifels on bass. Cappo and Porcelly have been with the band since its inception, while Siegler and Schreifels joined in 1987. Former members include Richie Birkenhead, Graham Phillips, Craig Setari, Lukey Luke, Tim Brooks, Ken Olden, Darren Pesce, Tommy Carroll, Kevin Seconds, Drew Thomas, Mike "Judge," Vinny Panza, and Steve Reddy, who performed vocals for one show in 1987 when Cappo played bass due to Walter's injury.
