Yvon Rioland is a French violinist, bass guitarist, arranger, and conductor, born on August 2, 1936, in Tours. He became a highly sought-after session musician in Paris during the 1960s and continued in this role for nearly three decades. In addition to his session work, Rioland served as a bassist for concerts featuring renowned artists such as Charles Aznavour and Serge Reggiani, and he accompanied Michèle Torr as a musical director on her tour across France.
