He runs the pioneering label Persistence of Sound, presenting the best musique concrète, electroacoustic music and field recordings. Iain’s practice reimagines the built and natural environment as a source of sonic creativity, exploring how sound transforms our perception of place, memory, and identity. He makes programmes for stations including BBC Radio 3 and 4, Resonance FM, Westdeutscher Rundfunk, and ABC Radio National.
