Trepanado is the alter ego of Augusto Olivani, founder and mastermind of the Selvagem party and the Selva Discos label. A well-reputed digger, known for unearthing obscure music of all sorts, he is regarded as a true "party DJ'’, able to ignite any dancefloor, playing his distinguished blend of multilingual house and disco. With 20 years of experience, he has already played in festivals like Rock in Rio, Timewarp and Dekmantel in Brazil. He has also played all over South America, the United States and Europe, from Los Angeles to St. Petersburg, in festivals such as Primavera Fauna (Chile), Bahidorá (Mexico), Full Moon Festival (New York), LuxFrágil (Lisbon), Calvi on the Rocks (Corsica), Bordeaux Open Air (Bordeaux), and Dekmantel (Amsterdam), and clubs such as Sub Club (Glasgow), Concrete (Paris), and Le Bain (New York) – not to mention one crazy gig at the Chateau Marmont in LA and the Louis Vuitton party in Rio de Janeiro. He’s also a resident of the Matiz bar and partner and artistic director of the forthcoming Waxi Bar, both in Sao Paulo. He released the compilation "Street Soul Brasil" on Hello Sailor Recordings in 2019 (working on the 2nd volume now), also being responsible for the Fernando Falcão reissues on Selva Discos and the release of « Déjà Vu », an EP featuring 5 unreleased songs by Brazilian boogie-funk masters Lincoln Olivetti & Robson Jorge.
