Vermelho is a multifaceted artist whose creative force moves fluidly across nightlife, contemporary art and sound. As a DJ, his sets are driven by narrative and physicality; as a producer, his music unfolds as expansive sonic journeys; and as a curator, he is the founder of ODD, a platform that reshaped the cultural landscape of his hometown and resonated far beyond Brazil. His work extends into cinema and art installations, where he composes soundtracks and site-specific scores that explore space, tension and perception. This same vision has led him to contexts as diverse as the Havana Biennale, Paço das Artes (University of São Paulo), and internationally respected labels such as Sonar Kollektiv, The Magic Movement and Bastard Jazz. Through multiple projects - including Vermelho Wonder, Video-Sistema and Sphynx - as well as his curatorial work and residency at Matiz, Vermelho operates across formats and scales, from experimental AV performances to global club and festival stages such as Berghain/Panorama Bar, Dekmantel, Time Warp and DGTL.
